Additional Services we provide

A major part of our service is the level and standard of care we provide to our residents, which is why we make sure that our staffing levels are some of the best in the care industry. Combine this with our attention to detail, training and supervision and you can rest assured that your loved one is getting the quality of care that they deserve.

Each of our homes has visiting doctors and specialist consultants that in addition to funding by the local primary care trust are retained by TLC Group to maintain a regular service at the highest industry standard levels. Please ask the Manager for specific details of our external consultants.

Laundry

Laundering of personal items of clothing can be carried out within the home, all we ask is that all garments are clearly labelled with your name, and are machine washable. Should certain garments require special washing, please speak to the home manager.

Other services

Each of our homes has visiting service contracts in place including; hairdressing, chiropody, manicures & pedicures, massages, opticians and dentists.
There are also regular visits from representatives of different religious groups. Our Manager is happy to help organise any additional services that you may require.
