TLC Group are an owner and operator of care homes operating in and around the southeast of the United Kingdom. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality or care for our residents and provide them with a home from home environment.

We believe we are a second family to our residents, therefore we aim to provide personalised care for each of our residents. We also encourage our residents to maintain their independence and exercise their freedom of choice. This is achieved through extensive training given to all our staff and support from our highly qualified management team.

Some of our homes specialise in residential care for the elderly, whilst others are specifically for residents with dementia or other mental health care needs. Most of our residents are over 65 years, however some of our homes are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide a home for people below this age.
